# Commission-free reservation system: TheFork, OpenTable and alternatives

Booking platforms with their own guest network, such as OpenTable and TheFork, charge a fee for each guest they bring to a restaurant; bookings from the venue’s own website carry no fee with them. Booklio.ai takes no commission at all: there is no charge for bookings, guests or tables, and the whole system costs CZK 0 a month.

You pay a per-guest fee for the platform bringing you guests who otherwise wouldn’t know about you. The more bookings come through its network, the more you pay. Bookings from your own website, Instagram or Google Business Profile work out better, because they’re free even with these platforms.

## Systems with no commission

Reservation systems that run on the venue’s own website usually take no commission and charge a monthly plan instead. Stolio says it takes no commission (plans from CZK 499), and DISH states 0% commission (CZK 699 + VAT). - **Instagram, Facebook and a QR code on the table.** The same link to your booking page.

- **Hotels and hostels.** A partner gets its own QR code and you see how many guests it sent.
