## How Booklio handles it

- **A simple widget with no deposit.** Day and time in one tap, then a name and a phone number or email. Full times are marked and can’t be picked. The widget takes on your website’s colours and fonts.
- **Online capacity.** At peak times the website offers 50 to 100% of tables and the rest waits for walk-ins. Online bookings need at least 60 minutes’ notice, adjustable.
- **Confirmed automatically.** Routine requests are confirmed within seconds; staff handle only the exceptions.
- **Gift cards and vouchers.** Ordered on your website, picked up at the bar or sent by post, paid with a QR code in a banking app.
- **Booking add-ons.** The guest adds an item you offer to the booking, such as a discounted drink.

## Draw your tables in a few minutes

Booklio offers only the tables you actually have, so it needs to know where they are. If you don’t want to draw yet, place your tables on a simple grid. Later, trace your floor plan over a photo, build it from parts, or let AI suggest one from a photo (CZK 5 per suggestion).

## What it costs and how to start

Booklio is free: the core and all 9 add-ons for CZK 0 a month, with no charge per booking or table. You pay only for text messages to guests (CZK 3) and drafts by Claude (CZK 3), excl.
