Bookings that fit.

James Dean Prague: from breakfast to 6 am.

An American diner, bar and Music Club in central Prague, open since 2011. Booklio was born here, for a place where one day runs from breakfast through dinner at the bar to a night in the club.

„Since we started using Booklio, bookings are up 162%. Routine requests confirm themselves, and the bar staff can look after guests instead of the phone.“

Three spaces, three sets of hours

The Restaurant opens in the morning for breakfast, the Bar runs until 4 am, and the Music Club goes from 9 pm to 6 am. The restaurant and bar share the ground-floor tables, so Booklio checks their bookings against each other, table by table. There are 17 tables downstairs and 4 booths plus 13 tables for two in the club.

What runs on Booklio there

  • Website bookings in three languages
  • The staff admin on an iPad behind the bar
  • Website traffic and each guest’s path to a booking
  • How ad and PPC campaigns perform, in visits and bookings
  • Overall guest behaviour, used to optimise visits and bookings
  • Bookings through guests’ AI assistants
  • Events and invitations
  • Gift cards
  • Google and TripAdvisor reviews, with a QR code on every table so staff can tell who wrote a review

What every venue gets from it

Booklio’s rules came from a working floor, not a whiteboard: late-night times that belong to the previous day, tables shared by two spaces, walk-in capacity on a Friday night. Another venue sets up its own spaces, tables and hours; the mechanics stay the same.
