Who handles your data.
The controller is 601 s.r.o., Company ID 28503554, Povltavská 5/74, 171 00 Praha 7. You can reach us at hello@booklio.ai.
The “Get Booklio for free” form.
When you send the form, we process your venue’s name and industry, your email, your phone number, your website address and your address on Booklio. We use them only to set up and run your Booklio (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and then performance of the contract). The form doesn’t store anything; your registration reaches us only as an email. We delete that email no later than 12 months after our last contact unless you start using Booklio.
The “Got a question?” form.
When you send the form, we process your email, your venue’s name if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply (our legitimate interest in answering your message). The form doesn’t store anything; your question reaches us only as an email. We delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact.
Analytics.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across websites. We only see totals, like page visits.
Cookies.
This website uses no cookies.
Bot protection.
To protect the form from spam and misuse, we work with a hash of your IP address and a hash of your email (a one-way code we can’t turn back into the original). We never store the IP address itself. The IP address hash from a registration is deleted after 30 days (one device can register one venue a month); for the AI expert, within 24 hours. We keep the email hash from a registration for as long as we run the service, so that one email gets only one Booklio.
AI expert.
When you ask the AI expert a question, we send it, along with earlier questions from the same conversation, to Anthropic (the Claude model) to answer. We don’t store the conversation; only your browser remembers it until you close the window. We limit the number of questions using the same IP address hash as the form. Please don’t include personal data in your questions.
Data from Google.
When a venue owner connects their Google Search Console account in the Booklio admin, Booklio reads only performance data of the venue’s website in Google Search (impressions, clicks, average position, click-through rate and search queries) for the property the owner selects. The data is shown only to the venue’s staff and owner in their admin and in a weekly summary e-mailed only to the owner. Booklio does not share data from Google with third parties, does not use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, and never writes to Search Console. Access is stored as a token in the venue’s database; the owner can disconnect at any time in the admin and Booklio revokes the token at Google. Booklio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who helps us.
Cloudflare (hosting, data in the EU), Resend (sending emails from the forms) and Anthropic (AI expert answers). Any transfer outside the EU relies on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights.
